Urgente! Curso de formação em Cracóvia, Polónia

A Associação Spin está a promover o curso de formação “From Forming to Performing” em Cracóvia, na Polonia.                                                                                                                  

O projeto decorrerá entre 16 e 24 de Outubro 2015 em Cracóvia, Polonia.

Alojamento e alimentação no projeto estão cobertos a 100% pelo Programa Erasmus+. A viagem internacional está coberta até ao limite de €360/pessoa.

The project ‘From forming to performing – using group dynamics in developing social skills of youth’ aims to increase efficiency among participants from partner organizations in leading various youth groups. The project’s objective is to enhance competences of youth workers, so that groups they work with become a safe learning environment for young people and a place of social skills growth. 

The project is designed to train 30 youth workers (over 21 years old) – representatives of partner organizations, who work on daily basis with various youth groups in non-formal education.

Participants will gain knowledge and skills regarding group dynamics (phases and its specificity, the role of adult youth worker at each of he phases) and learn how to respond to challenges that might occur. They will also learn a number of tools and methods to assist in training social skills of adolescents (e.g. Project method, creativity training elements, the method of Senate and Community Education, games and simulations).  

These competences will be developed during an eight days training program in Krakow. The program is based on non-formal education methods and includes workshops, lectures, meetings, experience exchange, open space and meeting of the Educational Community. Integration and intercultural aspect of the training will also be an important part. It will be a great opportunity to establish relationships between representatives of different countries, strengthen the intercultural openness, inspiration for each other and planning for further partnerships.

Implementation of the project objectives will directly translate into increasing the quality of non-formal education among partner organizations. The program participants not only acquire competencies that will be able to use in practice, but also to communicate it to their colleagues and other partners.

Todos os candidatos devem:
