Curso de Formação "Change in to Change Out"

Curso de Formação “Change in to Change Out”

“Change in to Change out” was an Erasmus+ project held in two interconnected moments. The 1st training course “Start change within” was a personal development process. It was a way for people to assess their skills and qualities, considering their aims in life and set goals in order to realize and maximise their potential. “Start change within” was focused on the personal development as a lifelong process, in which each participant assessed their skills and qualities, as well as their goals in order to maximize and realise their potential.

The 2nd training course “Keep Changing in to change out” was aimed at personal development through the use of tools to be integrated on the participants personal and professional life. The facilitators helped the participants to find tools to integrate in their personal or professional development. Through that process all of the participants had the opportunity to experience how to behave and face the challenges in their daily life.

The 1st training took place from the 15th till the 22nd November 2017 in Rustavi, Georgia, and the 2nd training from the 1st till the 8th March 2018 in Kobuleti, Georgia.

This project was approved by the Belgium National Agency, in the frame of Erasmus + programme. These trainings were coordinated by the NGO JOETZ, based in Belgium, in colaboration with International Center for Peace and Integration (ICPI) in Georgia who acted as hosting organisation. Spin Association was the Portuguese partner which had an important role in the preparation of the participants to this great challenge.

Both trainings had an important impact on the personal and professional life of the participants, allowing them to grow and to better establish objectives for their future life. According to the participants „This project was worthy in many ways since it gave us different perspectives on decision making, communication and conflict resolution and somehow helped everyone to clarify what our fields of interests are.
