Curso “Taking steps to success” em Berkovitsa, Bulgária

A Associação Spin está a promover o curso de formação “Taking steps to success” em Berkovitsa, na Bulgária. 

O projeto decorrerá entre 10 e 17 de Outubro 2015 em Berkovitsa, Bulgária.

Alojamento e alimentação no projeto estão cobertos a 100% pelo Programa Erasmus+. A viagem internacional está coberta até ao limite de €360/pessoa. O único custo para os participantes é a taxa de participação no valor de €20 (a pagar directamente à organização búlgara).

O curso de formação “Taking steps do success” juntará 36 participantes de 10 países europeus: Bulgária, Croácia, Espanha, Portugal, Itália, Grécia, Sérvia, Roménia, Macedónia e Holanda que vão trocar ideias sobre como estabelecer o seu próprio negócio, bem como dos benefícios e dos desafios deste tipo de emprego.

The project “Taking steps to success” seeks to bring together youth leaders, youth workers and young entrepreneurs to discuss about how to start own business; challenges and benefits for individuals and the whole society when being self-employed, owning enterprise, and possible ways to introduce innovative approaches, new jobs, ideas and support for young people in this field. Concretely, the Training course will tackle the following topics:

– Basic terms of how the economy works, what is the role of small enterprises;
– Mechanisms for self-employment through start-ups;
– Step by step approach from the idea to the viable business plan;
– Where and how to seek support from the institutions and individuals;
– How to run enterprise in sustainable way;
– How to contribute to young people’s initiative for entrepreneurship.

Main objectives of the project are:

- Widen the knowledge; equipping with right skills and competences for job creation among youth.
– Exchange knowledge, experience and good practices on entrepreneurship and share personal views and practices.
– Encourage youth participation especially in starting their own business as entrepreneurs, with big dreams and realistic actions.
– Foster creativity, competitiveness, and sense of initiative toward self-employment through creation of small or micro enterprise.
– Create the Manual on steps to success, compiling the results of the project, recommendations and steps on how to bare and maintain the enterprise.
– Creating network of young people and organizations, fostering mutual cooperation and future actions under Erasmus+ programme.
In order to reach its goals the set of activities during the TC are based on methods non-formal education, learning-by-doing, using various exercises, games, and work in small groups, simulations, role plays, round tables, and individual activities.

Todos os candidatos devem:
– Ser sócio(a) da AssociaçãoSPIN (Ainda não és sócio(a)? Visita esta página!);
– Residir legalmente em Portugal;
– Estar interessado(a) no tema do curso de formação;
– Estar motivado(a) em contribuir para as actividades propostas;
– Ter entre 18 e 30 anos de idade.
