O projecto de voluntariado Europeu “Euro 2016 for Europe” é um projecto de curta duração e irá decorrer de 1 de Junho até 30 de Junho 2016. O projecto vai envolver aproximadamente 350 voluntários locais e 30 voluntários SVE.

Despesas de viagem entre Portugal e França (ida e volta), alojamento, transportes locais e alimentação são cobertos a 100% pelo Programa Erasmus+.
A organização de acolhimento deste projecto de SVE é a cidade de Toulouse e a organização coordenadora é a Associação I.PEICC.
Segue um resumo das tarefas a desempenhar pelos voluntários (em inglês):
The context of the project:
France will host the EURO UEFA 2016 football cup, Toulouse will host 3 games in the qualification stages on Monday 13th of June, 17th June and the 20th June 2016 and a 1/8th final game on the 26th June at 9p.m. The city has made a call for candidates to encourage the locals to participate in the success of the European football championship. So for the event, the city of Toulouse will put into place a panel of 350 volunteers willing to commit themselves voluntarily on this occasion of the Euro 2016, the EVS volunteers will be integrated in a pool of 250/300 volunteers. They will work in the disability sector, senior clubs, associations, highschools, teenager institutions, etc. The organisation of an event like the EURO 2016 is an intercultural project with all generations. The objective is to promote the encounter of the inhabitants of the city and the supporters that will come from the four corners of Europe, whatever their age, their origins or their social status ( retired, job seekers, workers, students) the social origins are diversified and also geographically. It’s in this objective that the hosting of 30 young European volunteers find their logical place. They will be the intermediates between the French volunteers and the football supporters coming from around Europe.
Activities:
The Euro is before anything a sports event. The EVS and the local volunteers from the city won’t be in direct contact with the stadium, activities put into place by associations and the city will be organised. The European volunteers will facilitate and be the bridge builders between the local French volunteers and the different people that will be coming to Toulouse to encourage their teams.
- Welcome the groups to entertain, help the communication and the understanding between the different publics (especially with the supportersà), facilitate meeting places (football tournaments, conferences, artistic activities, leisure, discovering the city).
- The EVS integrated inside the heart of the project, will be under the authority of the coordinator responsible for all the volunteers.
Todos os candidatos, devem:
- Ser sócio(a) da Associação Spin (Ainda não és sócio(a)? Visita esta página!);
- Residir legalmente em Portugal;
- Estar interessado(a) no tema do voluntariado;
- Ter conhecimentos básicos de francês e inglês;
- Ter entre 18 e 30 anos de idade.
