Young observers – International Youth Observation Campaign during Elections in Local Councils in Ukraine, Dnipropetrovsk (Ucrânia)

Description
The involvement of young people in the electoral process is an efficient method to raise interest in political participation and active participation in their community and in European life. Because of that, in order to promote the political participation of young people at local and international level, Observation Campaign during Elections in Local Councils in Ukraine was organized on 31st October 2010.

This project provided its participants a new and useful experience, promoting better understanding of various forms of political participation and involvement of young people in political processes.

Spin participated in the project as a partner, covering all stages of implementation, from development of the project proposal to the evaluation of the final results, as well as their dissemination. Spin was present in the project with the active involvement of one Portuguese youngster at the International Election Observation Mission.
